Good customer service
My order contained 2 boxes of pads, I didn't realize there were shipped separately by 2 different carriers. So when I received only one bag the first day I was confused but they were very kind. I only wish they had let me know there would be shipped separately and by 2 different carriers so when the first packaged arrived I would have know another one was on it's way.
