Absolute fraud from step 1
Absolute fraud from step 1 - that’s the experience I had. I bought Recoverit software which promised to recover the data from my hard drive. However, after I bought a monthly subscription for 75 usd, it broke most of my data and saved a small part of all data. About disaster for the money paid and the promising messages in their ad. One more thing! In promotional videos, Recoverit team uses a sleek frauding technique - so you erase (or reformat) your data on a hard drive first and buy Recoverit after to get your data back, When I realised the software doesn’t work, I couldn’t contract any support centre or chat or support team. Neither could I claim a refund. Looks like a complete fraud and scam - so I would like to warn everyone form using Recoverit or any other product of Wondershare Group! I like “Contact our support” in the team reply! I tried contacting your support multiple times and neither in chat or via the phone I was able to make it!!! Please contact me if you really want to rectify the issue. If I don’t hear back from you, I will make sure I share everywhere how you fraud the users! As a digital communications manager, I will make sure my feedback is shared in all possible channels so that other people do not suffer from your scam!!!!
