Great products horrendous customer service
The product quality is great and the app technology is good. The communication around delivery and cusonter service is the worst I have ever come across with any major brand. I would not purchase an Ecoflow product again. I have had an issue with my Stream Ultra since New and so far have made over 40 chasing emails. They are disjointed and replies are difficult to understand.
