Faith restored.
I ordered a Hawaiian T shirt for my son in another Ozzie state, and it was too large, so asked would they exchange it please, for a smaller size? This was done immediately with no questions. My son will now remember his great holiday in America in the correct size shirt. I'm so pleased and am still amazed I did not have to answer 10,000 questions. I can't wait to tell everyone of the great service. Thank you Zazzle.
