They reply by saying sorry with a save past and post on 90%of email and here
Customer service was great tell they sold it to investment company in Canada! So you buy anything from this company you won't get a refund and your item will take 2 maybe 3 weeks to get i will never buy from all what ten company's they took over not worth the hassle or the money because you not going get what u paid for fact is this company sucks still no refunds or credits for there mistakes but was happy to cash out our money on the orders fact is I believe the bbb should to do some investigation into the Canada company
