Jokers, avoid like the plague
Ordered a fancy dress costume and paid. 20 minutes later I emailed them to cancel the order as I had found a better one on their website that I wanted instead. 6 hours later, I received and email saying that the order had already been despatched, so they couldn't issue a refund. The website clearly states that all orders will be refunded in full if cancellation is made with 24 hours of placing the order. My cancellation was 19 minutes after ordering, yet they still despatched it anyway and told me no refund was possible. They ignore their own stated company policy. Order #HK47852
