Great customer support all things considered
Jay and Selina from the customer support were super helpful assisting me with the problem I had with the purchase. Basically the size guide says size US 11 is equivalent to Europe 64 which is the same size ring that I already have. Unfortunately US 11 from Ask & Embla turned out to be too big for my finger and it would have to return the ring back to Singapore + some further inconveniences. I decided to bring the ring to a goldsmith and we found out the ring is more like size 68. Im not super happy with my purchase since now I had to pay more but I'm thankful for Jay and Selina for their amazing help. They are the real heroes.
