1 item not receive and shopee refuse to refund
I placed multiples of orders. Recently I was at home when the courier sent the parcels. Upon checking only 3 of my orders were received and I did not received 1 parcel. I called to shopee to explain the situation and I request a refund with all the details. I even provided the courier contact number and name. But shopee keep giving the same reasons. I am very disappointed with the service given to me. I will make sure that my friends and relatives will stop shopping with shopee. Details of orders: #240509UWP780GC - delivered #2405125M1N576B - delivered #240509UWP780GD - delivered #240509UWP780GE - did not receive but in my email stated as delivered
