Don't forget everyone this is a business for profit. So everything is expensive including veterinarian service. I do think Veterinarian Service is worse cuz at least with homeless people you'll be seen and treated and at least just rack up more and more debt.
The Banfield on Mueller in Austin TX was a frustrating and overwhelming experience for me. And it's the little things that add up. For example why is the veterinarian talking to me on the phone. With the amount of money that one is paying, we should be able to have an in person conversation. And when you give a person bad news why do it over the phone? Why not give them the option to come in. And there's something off. The veterinarian Dr Moore is so cold and non empathic that it just makes you sick to your stomach. In fact I had the manager talked to me and attempt to be more sympathetic and even say that veterinarians can be very clinical.
I can't afford any further treatment. And in my opinion it just kind of felt disorganized there. That's what upsets me like the quality of care and service overall. I don't trust them.
The manager tried to reassure me that regardless of what the veterinarian said that it's my choice and that they're there to support me but that's not really true because they're not going to hold my hand or not going to wipe away my tears. And for anyone who's had a sick pet it's pretty much well let's try this and let's try that and not give you the full story up front. You will end up with thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars and possibly a huge dilemma if your pet is sick and old.
I was treated badly I think because I mentioned about my mental health being poor and I kind of got that look and talk about you could try this?
I can't pay the last bill and it's going to go to collections and it's going to be horrible for me and I don't have the money for life saving surgery which has tons of complications. As a society we don't really care about animals or people. But all I know is that this is it for me and Banfield and I wouldn't recommend anyone else going to this place. And then once you're out of there you're pretty much forgotten. I'm just extremely frustrated. But I got this sense of judgment which goes back to poor service and relationship with this place. I really felt my beliefs and at the time The Limited choice that I had was not supported or understood I guess. It's like if a cop arrests you or something and then you have to go through all the hassle and they just say sorry doesn't make up for anything. That's What Hurts the Most is the veterinarian just all they can say is just sorry.
I have a lot of bad thoughts and I don't know what can improve on this place other than they seriously need more empathy and need to lower cost so much so that Ordinary People can afford treatments. Cuz no person or animal should have to go through serious health struggles because of lack of income. But look at our Mental Health crisis. Seems like no one cares right.

Worst order Hxdoll experience!
I Ordered a doll on sale I believe in the beginning of April. I have never ordered one of these dolls so I could understand how I could of made some mistakes. Now knowing what I know now. I can see how the Hxdoll website does not provide informed and complete information.
For example. When I order the Tifa Doll, I wanted it "same as picture". I was using my phone so it's possible I was not seeing everything that the website offers. It took me to customize. I "thought" I added nothing. I did not want to add nothing because that would have made the price higher. I did not know about the materials for the head and body. So apparently maybe by accident I choose a TPE head. I would have liked a TPE body but don't know if that was an option. So I ordered it.
Here is what upset me and caused much distress and pain. This thing took forever to deliever. I got the email where it said "thank you for your purchase! Now I need this thing within 15 days for a special event. The email said "if it's ready to ship in stock doll, it will be shipped out soon" That is what I thought I had. The email goes on to say "if you choose a custom doll, it will be finished in 2-7 days and you will be updated with a factory photo (on the website it says they will send you photo(s) with an s suggesting they will show you multiple angle of the finished product). I thought they had a factory here in the states. Had I known it was gonna take close to 2 months! I would have never ordered it! I don't check my emails often and I get a bunch of mail but I check and I got nothing for the Hxdoll company.
On April 18, 2024, I emailed them and told them I have not got nothing. Very suspeciously I got a message back from them saying, oh we have "real shot photos" which just turn out to be one. It's strange to me how I hear nothing and then when I contact them weeks later, oh it's ready to be shipped. I did not see this email until days later. From the photo, it was a close up from the waist up. the doll was naked and you couldn't see how long the hair was from the back. But I had trust right cause I order just like I saw in the picture. So I saw other dolls that were naked. So I told myself, they want to show off the body. They are gonna put the clothes on it or in the box. I wanted the outfit
The next day they sent me an email to say "it's on the way". Now remind you, I am not checking my email. This dolls was as I compare to other website should not have taken any longer than 3 weeks at most. So I see you could track it so I was like this this is coming all the way from China. They did not say that anywhere when it was being ordered.
So yesterday the box finally shows up to my home. I am upset it took this long. That is unacceptable. I could not use it for what it was originally intended for. I thought. Well I'll check it out. Maybe it will be cool looking.
I opened the box and I ended up hurting my back and one of my arms just getting it out of the box and moving it around. It was way more smaller than I thought. The outfit was not on the doll or in the box. I was like this sucks. They took off the ad for this doll so I can't go back and see if I missed something. Like if the clothes were separate. Also the wig is not the wig in both photos. Not the one advertised on the website and not the one in the photo that they shot. Tifa has very long hair and this wig is cheap, hair is falling out. it's designed differently and it not the length or style of Tifa. So now I have a naked unimpressed doll. "It's not Tifa!
I get how since I am a beginner how I might not get how these things weight a lot or what dolls and types are best for this or that. I get how if you pay more you will get more perks and details. But after researching. I have come to find out about shady stuff china doll factories do. Like put a much lower weight on their dolls then what they actually are for example.
It was so humiliating. I went back and forth with Hxdoll, not really knowing who I am talking to. They would say things like "you will like it when you see it". How invalidating is that? I will decide that.
I know the Hxdoll company are gonna pretend like they are completely innocent. I am not happy with the doll. Especially since it took this long to get it. Without the right wig and clothes.
If I ran this company, I would issue refunds to anyone who is unhappy. I would try to fix every problem. Like my doll had a piece under it's foot like taken out. Like someone poked it with a knife. You can tell this was all cheap. Maybe with the full clothes and right hair I would have been a little happy about that. But the damn wait time. You have no idea.
I don't know how any of this can be fixed. I doubt they would give me the full attire. I can't return it. I don't even want my money back. I think it's messed up that you can't see this dolls in person to feel them and learn about them in person. I am depressed and will never come back to Hxdolls. I have no trust in them. Go elsewhere for better service.
