All the agents were great…but the program tanked
All the agents were great and stuck with me for a very long and tedious ordeal. Many hour over about a weeks time. This review is not about them. Recoverit itself didn’t work - despite my having stopped using the computer immediately after files were lost so they wouldn’t be overwritten. Not even one out of hundreds of files was decipherable after recovering them. Agents then helped me through the Repairit tool. Days later they were sorry but could repair nothing. The computer checked out fine. Possibly a glitch in MS Windows/Office (which is another story). Bottom line: the tech support is amazing, the tech itself, not so hot.
