The grand saviors
Both Aidan Ashe and Huff Bhatia were very understanding of the perils we were in and responded appropriately. When despite several efforts we couldn't resolve it, I felt that they went out of their way to pave the way and remove hurdles by guiding us as if holding hands and showing us the way to it. They were very patient and kind with our impatience and extreme stress as we were really pressed against the wall for an active SAM. Such persistence is very facilitative and fulfilling especially since there are several parties to deal with simultaneously and each with its own sets of burning issues.
