You will be charged when the package arrives
The glasses are nice but they didn't tell that you need to pay taxes and other things when they send it, so, when the package arrived you have the surprise that you need to pay. The thing is not that you will be charged for taxes and customs, the thing is that when you placed the order, in the shipping cost doesn't say you need to pay an extra when it arrives, they recommend you the fast shipping (the most expensive) because you can track the package and it takes around 29 days, but it doesn't say hey attention! You will be charged when your package arrives, so at least you can have everything ready and don't be surprised. Is just the principle. To be clear, that's it!
