Rouge company. Don’t touch them
Ordered Robotic vacuum on 11.09.25. Heard nothing until i chased them on 16.09.25 saying they had delivered it to my address at 12.59 on 15.09.25. We were at home the whole time that day. Was told to speak to neighbours and look round garden to see it had been left there. Already did that but couldn’t find it. Courier company also showed it as delivered. Tried to speak to courier company who apparently a subsidiary of Amazon but they are uncontactable, even through Amazon UK. Over the space of 2 weeks I contacted them every day and was continually being fobbed off. As the company told Paypal the too closed the case as delivered. This company is terrible and a complete fraud. Should have looked at their review history which show similar issues. Eventually after numerous complaints “as a goodwill issue” they finally gave me my money back. Don’t buy from this company, not only are there similar issues to mine there are cases of faulty products with no support from Roborock.
