Terrible quality, misleading product photos, and horrific customer service
The costume I ordered arrived in a timely manner, however it is of terrible quality, and there are several issues with its functionality. The costume is also different from what is pictured on their website. The shirt is made from unbreathable material, doesn’t stretch, and rides up when moving, exposing underwear. There is also no zipper, and the neckline is very small so it’s difficult to even put it on. Contrary to the character’s original design, the shirt also has sleeves. The hoodie fits poorly and leaves excess space, even when belted. The sleeves are way too short (even though I ordered the costume in a correct size), and the cosplay is very uncomfortable. The worst offender is the tail, which does contain a wire, but the wire is too weak or the tail too heavy to be able to make it stand up (like on the product pictures). There is also no attachment point for the tail, so it is technically useless. I contacted their customer support and requested a return and refund, which I am eligible to according to the 30-day return policy stated on their website. However, they keep on giving me generic answers, not even addressing my complaints, and offering to return me 20% of the price as “a sign of goodwill”. They completely refuse to accept the return, even though they have to according to the European law (which they have to follow if they want to sell in Europe). I am at a complete loss with them, definitely STAY AWAY. ETA: they did give me a full refund, but only after I opened a PayPal dispute with them.
