Don’t buy from them if you want competence
I made 2 pre-orders with them back at the end of June. I requested cancellation from the support team on July 3rd for the cancellation of my order as it seemed that it would not be delivered on time as originally scheduled. They have proceeded to give me the run around for the last 105 days about how they are working on it and will get back to me when they have an update. At this point they are either flat out refusing to cancel my order against their own terms of agreement (which state i can cancel the order at any time prior to shipment) or they have the most incompetent support and sales department I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. If this is how they handle a simple cancellation request on something that wont be shipped until the end of November to early December, I would never in my right mind recommend anyone purchase anything from them.
