I am deeply dissatisfied with Helix VM. What should have been a simple healthcare experience turned into a frustrating situation involving insurance, billing, and a complete lack of transparency. Getting clear answers was unnecessarily difficult, and I was left feeling that I had to fight to understand what I was being charged for and why. Customer service did not provide the level of assistance I expected from a healthcare company. I have now filed a formal grievance regarding my experience. I also find it very concerning that Trustpilot has placed a guidelines breach warning on Helix’s profile and states that a number of fake reviews have been removed. After my experience, I would not recommend Helix VM.
