Absolutely dreadful, no customer service at all
Absolutely dreadful. Ordered a gas lift bed with bed table extensions, took months to arrive, when opened it was water damaged and with 5 boxes of pieces, no assembly instructions. Despite over 15 messages I've still received no instructions on how to put it together and it's not intuitive or easy particularly the fittings. So I've paid nearly $2000 for 100 pieces of wood and random screws and bolts. Customer service is non existant, you can't get an answer on messages or emails and there is no phone number. Never again.
