Stay away from this company. Ordered a timber print wedding pic for our anniversary, delivery was longer than advised. When I received confirmation of delivery the package was nowhere to be found. Upon receiving photo evidence of delivery seems it wasn't my address. Kespire were no help saying I need to request refund from shipping company, while shipping company advised I need to deal with Kespire... round and round in circles I went. Kespire being quite rude at times as well. Thankfully Paypal has come to the party and honoured my refund, no thanks to Kespire. Can't image what the product quality would be like considering their quality of customer service!!
