DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, IT IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!! I bought a scooter which arrived completely broken, with a battery which was leaking. They refused to replace the scooter or to refund me. I sent pictures, emails, etc. It took them month to reply, and they never acknowledged the problem. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
I ordered a scooter that arrived damaged in multiple places, clearly broken before or during shipping. What followed was an absolutely appalling experience with customer service. They were unresponsive for days, and when they did reply, they were dismissive, unhelpful, and clearly uninterested in resolving the issue. No ownership, no apology, no solution, just excuses and silence. This is one of the worst customer experiences I have had in years. The product quality is unacceptable and the after-sales service is frankly a disgrace. Do not buy anything from this company. If something goes wrong — and it very well might — you will be completely on your own.
