I originally was sent glasses that were too big and wrong prescription. They rep was kind enough to resend another pair of glasses of my choosing for free, but the prescription was still wrong :( I asked for 2.75 but it felt like it was 1.50 or something. While I appreciated the effort to correct the original mistake, I don’t know I’ll ever be able to use the new glasses (either of them).
