I was mislead by the sales department
I was mislead by the sales department; when they sold me the two certificates I understood they were for complete vacations, not that they were coupons for discounts. There also is no using the "sales credits" to assist with the fees. My assistant had a terrible accent, annoyingly mispronounced words, and pronounced February and August as "Feb" and "Aug"! So very unprofessional!
