Solid Choice, Room for Improvement
Nextsmartship has been a solid 3PL provider for my business. The ability to communicate in English is a big plus. While their pricing is fair, I would love to see even more competitive rates in the future. Additionally, a recent warehouse move caused a slight delay in handing times. However, Nextsmartship did offer free storage to compensate, which I appreciated.
