Love and hate relationship
I like audiobooks and the US market Audible in particular. It has a very extensive selection of books. In particular, it has the best narration of John Steinbeck's works. But there are certain things which I would call "bugs"--If I buy a book on one market and switch to another market, the only button I have for that book is "add to list", and I can only download it for it to show up in the library of the new market. What is troublesome is that the customer service seems to be not aware of this at all and it simply denies this fact. Probably it has to be downloaded either way. But this setup is confusing. I have no complaints otherwise.
