AVOID! Complete and total SCAM!
Placed order on 11/15/25. Each item purchased had the tag below the price "Ships in 24 Hrs." What a joke. Website also states "Your credit card will only be charged once your order ships." Another flat out lie as my CC was charged within minutes of purchase, not at shipment which they still can not confirm almost a week later. Reached out to customer service and responses never address the questions being asked. Avoid doing business with Cotosen at all cost. They are deceptive and not worthy of being patronized because of their lack of ethical business practice.
