Looks like a total scam. Don’t buy anything.
I placed an order on May 24th with expected delivery 5-7 days. I paid with ApplePay, my card was charged, I received an order confirmation and the invoice. For more than 3 weeks the order status was „awaiting shipment” so finally I’ve send an email asking for an update. No response. I asked again. Then I received a strange response from Pvybike that that have “automatic system alert” that my order is at risk and my credit card was stolen. They also asked for a photocopy of my credit card and last 6 digits of card numbers. I’ve send them a legally binding transaction confirmation from my bank and asked for more explanation (my bank was not aware of any “automatic system alert”) but no response since then. It’s extremely suspicious and looks like scam. If they had any issue with the payment why they didn’t ask immediately but waited until I reached them? Why to ask for the picture of my credit card? Looks like I was just robbed. My advise: don’t buy anything from this company.
