Problem with return policy and refund

Please provide an email address and contact telephone number in order that I may supply this information promptly. 19.11.25 9.45am. Further to my below review and your reply. You are incorrect. I ordered the scooter direct from kukirin and therefore you are responsible for the return and my refund. Please arrange this immediately! I purchased a scooter which was delivered promptly a week ago as a gift. However, the gift is not wanted, so I contacted your support team immediately to request a return and a full refund in accordance with your returns policy. The item remains unopened and is still in its original, intact packaging. Since my initial message, I have followed up with regular (mostly daily) emails requesting the return instructions, but I have not received any response. If I do not receive a reply, I will have no option but to raise the matter with my credit card provider under the UK Consumer Credit Act.
