Scamm!!
I have been a customer since 2018; the service used to be good. I ordered a week ago and waited for two weeks for nothing. When I asked for support, the bot answered the same stuff, like "the next message will be from pro... bla bla." Stay away from this service. Then I asked for a refund; they credited it to my account, and again, I find myself in an unending absurdity. SCAM.
