Fantastic customer service..I ordered two items from Zazzle and…
I ordered two items from Zazzle and even though I got a message from them that they had been delivered (and signed for?), I did not receive them. I reported this to Zazzle and their staff were absolutely fantastic. After making some checks that the parcels had been delivered to a neighbour etc, I was told by Zazzle staff that they would organise to resend me the items again using a different postal courier and also speeding up the delivery time.. This service was absolutely awesome..
