1. Would appreciate receiving an email about the shipment delays without me pinging customer support to find out what happened with my order. 2. Would appreciate receiving questioner email in English. 3. Love the products in general, using 2 EBO Air for several years already. Irreplaceable pieces for my dogs and cat, recently ordered pet trackers with cameras. Excited for their future products!
