Great service on repair
The Yes Hearing did a great job on coordinating a under warranty repair needed to my Oticon hearing aid. Flawless communication and I had a brand-new replacement aid back in less than 5 days. When I purchased the hearing aid a couple of years ago, I was worried about the service aspect. The repair was easy to handle via FedEx and probably would have been more of a hassle and taken longer if I had used local provider.
