I had experienced issues in applying for my e-visa initially ,in the payment section. Being an older person and not as good with computers, had to seek the help of an IT professional plus your wonderful Team . The 2 that comes to my mind is Sita & Ella. When I first wrote to your section, your management got onto the team to get help for me and worked / helped me through the process of obtaining the e-visa. So all I can say, is such a wonderful, helpful professional and efficient team. I am every so grateful and look forward to my trip to India.
