Scam
Scam service. Companies like these prey on those in a vulnerable or desperate situation and looking for a cheap option for a phone service. Etravel sim used vague terms of service to lure me into buying a sim which I thought I could receive both calls and messages, but who was able to call or message was a complete mystery in the end. Customer service said I could only receive "IDS" messages and calls. Go with another provider and save yourself the headache.
