Help desperately needed
Been using the program for a little while now. I didn't even turn off the laptop for the two weeks as I'm working on a very big assignment. The laptop was only on hibernation. But when I turned it on again earlier to continue my work, everything has disappeared expect for the heading. I need help desperately and urgently. I am hoping the customer support could help retrieve the previously saved version. I've tried emailing twice. Pls help. Pls Don not ask me to contact via email. I've already done that. If I get the assistance required, and the document gets retrieved, I'll be more than happy to change the star rating
