I will never use this app again
I will never use this app again! What a pain in the A$$. I sent money for a birthday and they wanted photos of my card front and back and my drivers license to verify. I was told to be patient and give the bank time. They had me jump through hoops and now they state they are working hard to refund my money??!! Where is the money then?? Don’t use this app for international transfers. All I know is my recipient never received the funds and the app stated their partner bank had the funds. I don’t have the money back. This was supposed to take 15 minutes and now it’s been 2 days.
