Total scam!!
I ordered a pair of made-to-measure shoes from Chamaripa, drawn by a refined and well-proportioned model displayed on their website. After 15 days of waiting, I received a pair that — while superficially similar — was clearly different upon closer inspection, with details and finishing touches that revealed a lower-tier design. I paid $350 for this pair, expecting a product that matched both the style and quality presented online. When I raised the issue, I discovered that the product images on the website had been changed after my order was shipped, effectively aligning the new photos with the shoes I received. The company replied that, being handmade, each pair is slightly different — an argument that cannot justify the clear divergence from the product originally advertised. In short, it was a disappointing experience, marked by a lack of transparency and consistency. Certainly not worth the price paid, and not recommended for discerning customers who value integrity between online representation and the actual product delivered.
