bike still doesnt work, asked for a replacement and they just ignore all the messages, this is honesly the worst service ive ever experienced, these people are thiefs, they dont care what you get as long as you get it.... if you dont answer any emails or complaints i have, i will be taking legal force against your company, for those wanting to buy a bike from here, RETHINK
Just bought a pvy z20 max and I spent months saving for it, when it arrived (after being delayed then lost 2 times) all the bolts and screws were SO TIGHT. I couldn’t even lock the folding in half mechanism (very dangerous) and then I charged both batteries to full and the bike didn’t turn on, I have asked to get one resent as it doesn’t work… pvy- you are supposed to test the bikes before selling them, it’s actually illegal to not do this especially with electronic items. I’ve seen that people have requested refunds and to get resent new bikes, and then you take the bike away and ignore them?
