Refund process bad to great
When I first requested a refund, customer service tried to dissuade me by offering partial refunds and by trying to switch me into a different product while keeping the original. When Larry became involved it was totally different. He immediately got to the heart of my request and thoroughly guided me through all the steps in the return and refund process. And, when I reached out to Larry again after my shipment to Canada was returned to me recently, he was most helpful and reassuring that all would be fixed. And, because of Larry's good work, it has been! The refund is now in process. I cannot say enough about how impressed and pleased I have been with Larry's superb efforts. Were it not for the prolonged upsell tactics prior to Larry's involvement, the rating would be 5 stars. Larry's efforts have been exceptional! This experience began on July 4 when I first placed my order and concluded a few days ago (August 20?), except for the refund which is expected within the next week. Many thanks to Larry!
