The fact that the 10% offer
Offered 10% offer at the time of purchase. Cool. Didn't apply to diamonds. Ok...I wasn't buying a diamond.. taking some time to do the texting and copying the offer code. At checkout I was advised did not apply to my purchase. Why...no explanation. A marketing con? Maybe. A surprise at checkout...and disappointed given my expectation.
