Made two orders same day for the same product, one somewhat time-sensitive, the other not. The 6-day order shipped on day 3. The 4-day order is going on day 9. I followed up on day 6. Customer service was going to get back with me by the end of the day. They didn't. Followed up. Would get back by the end of the day. They didn't. Followed up. Nothing. I thought our situation was more unique but it looks like it's par for the course.
