Great customer service
Great customer service and communication. I ordered an SV08 printer on release day and was given a 2 month ETA; perfectly reasonable considering these printers were being shipped out via freight from China. The estimated delivery was mid-June but delays occured for one reason or another. I contacted Sovol via email to inquire about my order status and customer support was prompt to update me regarding delays in logistics, which were outside of their control. The moment the order was picked up by courier I was emailed and provided a tracking number. Just received the printer and it was well-packaged and performs flawlessly. Overall, a pleasant experience for a launch-day 3D printer.
