“Delayed in Customs”
After 6 weeks without receiving our purchase we reached out to inquire. We were informed that it was delayed in customs with no estimated arrival date. Never received the product and had to request a refund. We were refunded in full, but were dissatisfied with customer service and communication. Feels like “delayed in customs” was probably an excuse. There was no offer to fix or solve the issue of missing order.
