Seems to be a good service
I found Shipito via Google AI search after searching for a way to ship things without the exorbitant fees charged by some vendors to ship things to Japan. I have shipped two packages to Japan from the USA without any problems. In the first package I shipped unfortunately the vendors had written incorrect descriptions of the items, one book described as in good condition had torn pages, and another book described as "fine" had writing all over it, which was a nuisance, and returning the items is obviously quite a big job, so I didn't do it this time. Anyway it is a risk you take I suppose and it's not Shipito's fault. The fees for Shipito seem reasonable, and the items arrived in Japan fairly quickly by air freight without any hurdles.
