I've ordered so much gear from Molchanovs…
I've ordered so much gear from Molchanovs - mask, snorkel, wetsuit, silicone bifins/monofin, carbon bifins, and a fiberglass monofin, all on separate orders at separate times. When there are delays, Molchanovs is very prompt in notifying me and letting me know when I should take action. Gear arrives packaged very well (I've received broken bifins before from another company, so I'm very conscious about how items are shipped). There was one time I had an issue with a product upon arrival, but after I took photos and notified Molchanovs, they sent me a replacement very quickly. I've ordered gear from quite a few brands and online shops, and I'd say Molchanovs is consistently reliable. Plus, their gear is truly premium - expensive, yes, but you get what you pay for! And their customer service speaks for itself.
