Terrible customer service
When I first purchased my eSIM the customer service was great and they helped me activate it via WhatsApp when I was having trouble. The eSIM worked well for about 5 days (I purchased enough data for a 3 week trip). The last couple of days I have not been getting a signal. I used the same WhatsApp number to get help and it had been a frustrating experience. They will provide an initial instruction which I don’t understand. I then ask for clarification and then don’t get a response for hours. I have been trying to chat with someone for 5 hours now and have barely received any help.
