Placed an order for the fifth times…
Placed an order for the fifth times (first four times was having very good customer experience and prompt update) however things went rapidly bad on the recent order on 30 July. After almost a week and no updates for the shipment sent, emailed a couple of times and no one responded. Wonder what is going on this time round
