Great Customer Service, Fast delivery
I’ve ordered from NXEDC several times, and I’m always impressed. The delivery is fast, the EDC fidget toys are top-quality, and their customer service is outstanding. When I was once unhappy with a product, they handled everything perfectly — I could return it easily, they even covered the customs fees, and for a €270 EDC toy, they gave me a €300 voucher (they even offered a full refund if I preferred). That kind of service is rare these days. I’ll definitely keep buying from NXEDC, and when it comes to EDC toys, they’re the only store I’ll ever order from.
