NXEDC provides a world-class shopping experience. The team is highly knowledgeable about their products and truly goes above and beyond for their clients. Thanks to their expertise, they helped me track down my dream fidget.
Their response time is flawless; they follow up and reply to messages without delay, making you feel valued and welcome as a customer. Professional, fast, and caring—five stars all the way! From now on, NXEDC is definitely my number one choice when buying fidgets.
Thank you NXedc
Ordered an item I had been very excited to receive only for at the last minute the mail person delivered it to the wrong box or miscanned it after looking through all the packages still not found. NXEDC responded immediately and sent me a replacement same day. Truly amazing customer service and I don’t write reviews but they go above and beyond. If you’re going to order high quality fidgets this is the site.
excellent customer service, super responsive to issues and willing to do the right thing when something goes wrong. this is a highly trusted seller and if an item is available on several shops, I would prefer to get it from NXEDC.
I’ve ordered from NXEDC several times, and I’m always impressed. The delivery is fast, the EDC fidget toys are top-quality, and their customer service is outstanding.
When I was once unhappy with a product, they handled everything perfectly — I could return it easily, they even covered the customs fees, and for a €270 EDC toy, they gave me a €300 voucher (they even offered a full refund if I preferred).
That kind of service is rare these days. I’ll definitely keep buying from NXEDC, and when it comes to EDC toys, they’re the only store I’ll ever order from.
Way overpriced, service wasn't great, I needed a replacement part and they sent wrong ones. Also I tried to leave a review on a product and I think they don't show negative reviews which is pretty scummy.
Besides having great prices, NXEDC really cares about customer support. I had an issue with one of the toys I purchased, and they worked with me every step of the way to help me understand what needed to go where, which specific glue to use, and even refunded me the cost of the glue!! Amazing. Will continue to refer and do business with them!
Perfect company to deal with, 100% authentic brands, very easy to contact about any questions you have , cracking web site with video and perfect description about each product, fast shipping into the uk hassle free . 5 stars well deserved
I'm so glad that I chose NXEDC from the start. It's definitely an authentic fidget toy store. Moreover, the prices of toys in their store are lower than those in other stores. Most importantly, their customer service is excellent. The response speed is very fast, and they perfectly answered all my questions!
What an amazing company!
Email response time is almost instant. They go above & beyond to help. I really can not fault NXEDC in the slightest.
I had a small issue with one of my orders (manufacturer fault) & NXEDC resolved the issue perfectly.
If I could give 6 stars I would!
An absolutely responsible store. I have bought several fidgets from them. They ship quickly and respond promptly. I forgot to buy accessories, but they not only took the initiative to remind me but also gave me the accessories as a gift. It's a completely trustworthy store!
Excellent store! They are very professional and serious! They respond quickly to every question or request. They take the time to explain and help when needed. They also handle customs fees and make offers. I have placed three orders and I am delighted. This is my favorite website and I will place other orders without hesitation and with confidence.
