Ordered an item I had been very excited to receive only for at the last minute the mail person delivered it to the wrong box or miscanned it after looking through all the packages still not found. NXEDC responded immediately and sent me a replacement same day. Truly amazing customer service and I don’t write reviews but they go above and beyond. If you’re going to order high quality fidgets this is the site.
