Terrible return process
Ordered my usual shoe size, but when they arrived they were huge and I couldn’t walk in them without my foot slopping about in the shoe. Started the return process, they offered a partial refund for me to keep the shoe and sell them myself. Eventually I got given the return address and told to use FedEx because other couriers leave the parcels at the post office and that doesn’t count as a return. Tried to use FedEx but they don’t like the company name with a hashtag and they want a telephone number, which hobibear won’t provide. I am going to try returning, but I’m going to dispute this with my bank.
