I do not recommend this service
I do not recommend this service. Communication is poor, and they have been handling a simple delayed flight complaint for months (nearing a year now), despite it being a textbook case that perfectly meets all the criteria for compensation. I never imagined it would be denied until I dealt with this unprofessional company. UPDATE: For the sake of the experiment, I will leave this comment here until my case is resolved. It began in the early spring of 2024, and despite numerous emails, it has not been resolved as of today (2025-01-15).
